Using HOHMANT
These terms apply to hohmant.com and the HOHMANT cabinet. HOHMANT provides exhibition, contact, catalogue and interaction tools. The service operator can be contacted at support@hohmant.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms for the features you use.
HOHMANT is intended for business use. If you act for a business, you must have authority to use the service and submit its information. Use only the capabilities made available to your account; a website description does not guarantee that every feature is enabled.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and any linked Google account. Google is an optional sign-in method when available; it must be explicitly linked to an existing profile. Keep authentication links, codes and session information private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Access to business data depends on current account permissions. An employee record or a connection to an external service does not itself grant access to another account’s information.
Your content and personal information
You retain your rights to content you submit. You allow HOHMANT and its infrastructure providers to process that content as needed to provide the requested service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, share and use the content, including contact details and other personal information.
You are responsible for the information presented to visitors, permissions for messages or advertising, the accuracy of your records and the decisions you make from reports. The Privacy policy explains how HOHMANT handles information.
Acceptable use
Do not use HOHMANT for unlawful activity, unsolicited or deceptive communications, infringement, unauthorised access or disclosure, or collecting information without the required permission. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users or overload the service. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks or violations of these terms.
External services and recorded results
Optional connections to Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram and other services are subject to those providers’ terms and availability. You must authorise the intended connection and comply with its restrictions. Google sign-in does not grant mailbox access or permission to run advertising actions.
A prepared link, a saved request or a connection is not proof that a message was sent, an advertisement was delivered or a sale occurred. Reports reflect the available recorded information. Illustrations and estimates on the marketing website are not guaranteed business results.
Availability and commercial conditions
Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be limited by configuration and external providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular sales outcome. Keep copies of information that your business needs independently of the service.
Any paid plan, price, payment period or additional commercial agreement must be shown or agreed separately before a purchase. These terms do not create a subscription charge merely because you register or sign in.
Ending use and account deletion
You can stop using the service or request account deletion through the available profile controls. Deletion can be limited when you remain the sole owner of records shared with other users; another authorised owner may need to be assigned first.
Account deletion ends access but does not necessarily erase historical business, interaction or security records. Retention and information requests are described in the Privacy policy. Contact us if you need help with a specific record or external connection.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its date remain available on this page. Material changes affecting ongoing use will be communicated through the service or the account contact where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For service questions or disputes, contact support@hohmant.com so we can review the issue.
